Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Opened, used, or personalized goods are NOT eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and send return instructions if approved.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund processing time depends on your bank.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and attach photos of the package and product. We will arrange replacement or refund at our cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Products past the 30-day return window
• Opened / consumed / used products
• Sale, clearance or discounted items
• Original delivery shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is our fault.
